"I recently visited the UPS Store to print a shipping label for a package I had already paid for through UPS. To my dismay, I was informed that they charge a fee to print UPS shipping labels, even if the shipping itself had been paid for. The charge amounted to $3 per label, which felt unreasonable considering the circumstances. Moving forward, I will be seeking alternative locations to print UPS labels where such fees are not imposed. I hope the UPS Store considers revisiting this policy to better accommodate their customers' needs and maintain satisfaction."

"I went into the UPS Store to get a label and a document printed and return an Amazon package. I wasn't in the mood to hassle with it. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. A new clerk was helping me. She was a bit nervous and the manager was patient and respectful in helping her quickly resolve an issue and learn a process with my order, even though he was extremely busy with several things at once. One of the things he was doing was assisting an elderly lady with a multiple document duplication and mailing. He was very courteous and helpful to her and I was surprised that he was trying to help her format the documents and cards so that she wouldn't have to pay more than necessary for copies. I was impressed with all of the store staff I came in contact with."

"Was on vacation and had my new iPhone 14 sent to this UPS Store to prevent from being stolen by porch pirates. Unfortunately this store is ran by staff that have sticky hands and stole my iPhone. I do not recommend having anything sent here if it’s worth any value, they will just steal your stuff."
