"Updated: I paid $540 for an overnight package, and 3 days later, we hope they will receive the package.I lose my money. This is really frustrating. Don't pay overpriced. Go directly to the post office. I have been visiting this place because it is closer to my home. The price is always higher, but compensates the distance from another place. The staff are really nice too, but yesterday I came to send an overnight really important package, 15 pounds and the first price they gave me was 900$. My heart stop for a second, really? Almost 1k, for 15 pounds inside United States? Then she told me she had another for 540$ because Saturday is a special day… no more special for me. I explained to them that the place have a porch, they need to leave the package on the porch, somebody is going to receive it, and pick up the package. I don’t need signature, only leave the package. I paid, and today I received the message that they left the delivery for Monday because nobody was there. Are you kidding me, I already explained that! Now I contact this place and they say, yea we remember you and you told us, somebody is going to be there. Please, for this reason, I explain that the package needs to be there. Please leave it on the porch. Now I crazy calling everyone to help me fix this. I’m not going again. I can use more gas, but paying overprice and receiving this service is not ok. Is not a $ 15$ dollar delivery. This is not ok, and the person gave me the higher price first. Is not ok. Sorry, but I lose my trust in you guys."
