"Terrible customer service. They hardly ever pick up the phone. Waited over 1/2 hour on the phone and finally gave up. They put me on hold so many times that I gave up. They are supposed to be a 24 hours drive through pick up but their night clerk is usually hiding in the back sleeping and ignoring customers. Too bad this is the Walgreens in my neighborhood."

"As if it was difficult enough trying to juggle being pregnant, having a 4 year old, a full time job that's 12 hours long, a bankruptcy and spouse and home. ..... Now this Walgreens has yet again changed its policy, but now you can only pick up your prescriptions 1 day before you run out instead of the standard 2 days. Personally, I lead a drug-free lifestyle and much prefer communing with Mother Nature and contemplating the meaning of life instead :-) It's worth joining the Walgreens Balance Rewards program either online or in the store of your choosing if you're likely to be a fairly regular customer over the long term. For example, a total of 40,000 points earned from your purchases is worth $50.00 in drugstore freebies; you can redeem this credit for anything you like in the store. Smaller redemptions - such as at the $10.00 and $20.00 levels- are also possible. I have earned the maximum $50.00 reward several times in the past and can recommend this program as being very worthwhile overall. You can even earn additional absolutely free rewards points for the distance you walk each day if you have a FitBit tracker and link your online FitBit and Walgreens accounts. The Walgreens photo department is the place where I satisfy all my photography needs (much better than the competition at CVS!). I usually order any and all needed prints in the desired sizes online through my Walgreens account and then simply pick them up in the store at my convenience. If you get on the Walgreens email list you will regularly receive offers for significantly discounted photography services (50% off or more) throughout the year. Note that Walgreens is also a very good place to have your passport photos taken."
