CVS Pharmacy 1408 West Craig Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89032

"I had 3 hernias repaired today and it was an outpatient procedure. Predictably I'm dealing with a LOT of pain. Part of my prescription was for hydrocodone. This prescription was sent to your store on Craig Road and El Camino Norte Boulevard in North Las Vegas. When we arrived the pharmacist never mentioned that the hydrocodone wasn't part of the order. We realized this once we got home, but it was too late. I don't even like opiates, never take them, avoid them at all costs, but I need them now. According to the store manager at that branch, because hydrocodone is a controlled substance CVS is not allowed to transfer the prescription to another CVS. They require the hospital to resubmit the prescription to another pharmacy. Problem there is I got out of surgery late and everything is closed now as far as doctor's offices are concerned. I was able to contact a doctor in my through emergency services, ahe can't do anything about this because they can't go to their office to send in a prescription for me. Needless to say, I'm sitting here ia lot of pain with no real pain killers to use on this and I'm suffering. All of this could have been avoided had CV just let me, my doctor or hospital now that they don't have hydrocodone in stock once the prescription came in. Getting same day surgery that requires opiates it's tough enough, finding out you can't get the medicine to deal with it is absolutely brutal. This is egregious and negligent business practices by CVS."

"I would give a Zero but that's not an option the pharmacy staff is horrible , Extremely rude and disrespectful. I would recommend using ANY OTHER PHARMACY. Horrific customer service."
