"They quoted me one price when I drop pants off to be hemmed. When I pick them up price is 150% higher. Lady very mean and rude. Never trust this place! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a small business. They say Community but how can you treat your community like that!"
"Supposed to be open until 6 p.m. M-F according to Google, and 5 p.m. according to the sign on the door. I arrived at 4:52 on a Friday to drop off a suit and it was very closed. I’ll be going to another cleaner from now on."
"Took 2 pants in to get a belt loop on each pair of pants repaired and the employee gave me a return ticket that said 3 dollars for each repair for a total of 6 dollars. When i returned 3 days later the owner was there and handed my pants back with the reair not done. He explained to me that he cant do the repair for the price his employee gave me. He refused to honor the receipt that his employee gave me. The owner has no customer services skills at all. I left with my pants and i will never return for service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. ...the only reason they got 1 star is it wouldnt allow me to do zero stars"
