"I cannot recommend Nanny's & Granny's highly enough. They made our vacation to Las Vegas possible. We did a ton of research ahead of the trip and, frankly, did not feel comfortable leaving our 12 month old child with anyone else there. None of the other options were ones we were willing to take. Our trip literally would not have been possible were it not for Nanny's & Granny's, and our incredible nanny Esther. This is a family run business and it shows. I called multiple times and spoke with the owner Sarah who patiently answered all of my questions in great detail. She then assigned a nanny (Esther) who best fit our needs. Esther also spoke with us on the phone multiple times and answered all of our questions leading up to our trip. We kept in touch via email as well and she made sure everything would run as smoothly as possible. She knew the hotels that were kid friendly, offered child proofing, provided cribs, high chairs, etc. When it came time to watch our child, Esther came 30 minutes early for free, just to meet our child and spend time with her while we were there so that our child would be comfortable with her when we left. Esther bonded with our child immediately, brought her a toy, and had a series of activities planned to keep her entertained for the entire time we were gone. She patiently listened to all of our (over) detailed instructions about the specific routine for our child and respected our requests. She also took photos and gave us updates throughout the day and was, of course, always available to talk to us. We had her come two days in a row and our child had so much fun with her each time. I literally cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than Esther."
