"Ecellant service, been with them for 35 years. A sweater was ruined a number of years back, and they made it right. Lost two shirts many years ago, and I told them what I paid and they gave me credit for them. Very happy with origianal owner."

"My local dry cleaner sends out to this dry cleaner. Expert drycleaning had my clothes in their van which got broken into and my clothes were stolen, I understand, not their fault. However, trying to get them to either replace or pay me fair value was a challenge. Lady that works there wrote down my description of the items, 3 nice sweaters and 2 dress shirts all from Men's Warehouse, even Sent pics of me wearing them, but when she was in front of the owner she refused to show the owner her notes or descriptions of my items. She seemed all concerned when I was there before but when owner was there she refused to confirm my items were stolen or lost. Owner tried to low ball the value saying he didn't care about it. I had to settle for much less than actual cost to replace. These people don't care about their customers, I won't ever use them again. Negative 5 stars!!"

"**VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** I took in two clothing items (jacket and a stained tee shirt) and I kid you not, someone in this business had the audacity to steal a logo off of my shirt. I went back once I noticed and dealt with a short man named Jan for the rest of the issue. As a response I got, “Well sometimes when we try to remove stains this (shirt’s logo) can disappear.” To which I responded, “If there was a possibility my shirt could be damaged ENTIRELY, you should have made me sign a waiver. What I should do is file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because it’s very deceptive and it’s also theft.” At that point a flustered Jan decided to open his drawer and only proceeded to give me 80% of my clothing item’s value and a refund for their horrible attempt at removing the stain. Do not take your items of value here."

"This place is your typical dry cleaners; with fair prices and nice service. They do good work on clothes, suits, comforters, and blankets. I've never used their alteration or other service. All in all they're a great."
