"similar experience as a prevous reviewer, was at spa at cosmopolintain and phone was taken, find my phone showed it here. workers aparently steal phones for themselves. representative said they check linens and it would likely be found. Called back after showed up there and she acted like she would scold workers and look into it. heard nothing back. workers are thiefs.send my phone back with photos of my kids and dad who passed away. cannot be trusted to run your laundry service hotels!!!"

"It's definitely work,,,but the ppl are great, and the money's good.. it's challenging but rewarding... There's enough breaks and time flys by. If you suck at something, there's plenty of different jobs , so there's always a place for you. The supervisors are great, very good at what they do. I have enjoyed working with them and will continue to work there again ..."

"This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. I would advise anyone considering working here please find a different company, they treat their employees like slaves and overwork them, also if you get injured they could care less and would probably just replace you, I have never witnessed such a terrible work environment in my life. I will never be back here to work at this location. Also the associates you work with are extremely rude and unprofessional they expect you to meet a certain requirement in hot warehouse conditions and the management team just stands around. I will never be back at this location and I’m taking this complaint to the corporate office"
