"Tide cleaners LOST a family heirloom of mine, refused that they did as well as never made any attempt to rectify the situation. They gave me a bogus email to reach out to their "manager" and this guy sent me in a loop with an email and evading my attempts to contact them for an attempt at resolving an egregious error. This skirt was in my family since 1982 and they lost it and denied ever having received this as part of the clothes that I dropped off to be cleaned. What's worse is that after the error was made- there was absolutely no effort nor respect in helping us as clients to assuage the loss of a piece of clothing that was in our family for decades. They will never see me again after they not only lost this heirloom, dealt with it disrespectfully as well as in addition felted my wool products. What kind of professionalism is this? None at all. Be very weary and prepared to be disrespected here as well as lose precious articles of clothing. Not to be trusted at ALL."

"They ruined my Burberry jacket. I talked to not only the store manager, but the district manager too who was extremely unprofessional and rude to me when I told him that they need to compensate me. You wouldn’t expect your expensive clothes to come back with oil stains when you take it to the dry cleaner. Then i got the district manager’s boss’s phone number, who tried to explain to me that oil can transfer from clothes to clothes, and I probably already had those oil stains on the jacket before i brought it in the store, it was just invisible. Lol… Eventually, i had to take it to another dry cleaner, they couldn’t get the stains out.. Don’t ever bring designer clothes to their shop! They don’t take responsibility, wouldn’t compensate, and they think you are dumb at the same time. The worst customer service i’ve ever experienced."

"Desperately needed a suit ready by the next following afternoon. I called these guys and told them the situation. Needless to say, they were very respectful and accommodating. I ended up dropping off 8 pieces of clothing in total (took advantage of First-Time Customer Discount!) and was able to pick everything up within 24 hrs! Very impressed, and highly satisfied!"

"I have never used a dry cleaner before so I didn't know what to expect. I walked in the door with my comforter that my dog spiked and the girl was so great!! She said it's no problem and let me know the process. When I picked up my comforter it was just like new. Thank goodness they saved my blankie!! 100% would recommend them!!!"
