"Initial cleaning was good , but they were 2 hours late. I then signed up for monthly program. The next visit they were late again and I had to call the call center. They finally arrived 1.5 hours late. The third visit they did not show up at all. After calling head office they agreed to come between 11:30 and 12 the next week. They rang our doorbell at 10:15 am. My husband got up and answered door asking them to wait one minute. I got up and told them they weren’t supposed to be here for an hour and half. I had to get my dogs outside and get ready. They got in their car and left. I spoke to owner - Maria who told me her cleaners said I was rude , cussed at them , and they felt unsafe to clean our home. None of this happened as they barely speak English ? The owner said she could do nothing more as she was out of town. This is a poorly managed company , extremely careless as far as appointment times. It is quite clear that they feel they can do whatever they want, when they want and know there is an extreme shortage of cleaning people so they don’t have to worry about good or courteous service. Good luck if make the wrong decision to use this company."

"Scheduled window cleaning service for all exterior windows 2 weeks in advance. They were to come on a Friday between 10-12 - no show. I called to follow up and they apologetically rescheduled me for Sunday from 12-2 - again another no show. I should have given up right? I called back they said they would come same day - again no show. 3rd time is downright unprofessional and rude. DO NOT USE this company. I read the reviews afterward - googling the next business first."

"I scheduled the first cleaning for a Tuesday with the cleaning ladies to show at noon, as I wasn't going to be home until after 11am. They showed up at 1030am and did not leave me a message that they were coming early or that they had even showed up at all. I had to call them at almost 1pm to see if they were coming, which was when I was informed they came early and I wasn't home. An argument ensued about the original time. I reluctantly rescheduled for Thursday at 8am. Surprise, surprise they did not show up at all. I called after waiting 30 minutes and was told I was scheduled for Friday. Maria, the woman that answers the phone clearly has know idea how to schedule, lacks professionalism and is challenging to speak to. I will not be rescheduling nor using this company. If they can't get scheduling right how can I rely on them to clean my house properly."

"Maria arrived late by over 2 hours for estimate, she also lied on the phone repeatedly saying she was 20 minutes away. When arrived I received a quote for $200 to "sterilize" my home with her "team". When I arrived home I found one person frantically trying to finish cleaning my vacant home. When I checked I found they had only cleaned the appliances and found nothing else to be done. I called and spoke to Maria and she wasn't helpful then she offered to contact her supervisor and hung up on me and I haven't heard anything back. Do not use this service."

"The worst people ever. They said that they will be here in 40 min for a estimate after calling twice, I was told they would be here in 5 min. After three and a half hours of waiting they still didn’t show up and wanted to give me a rough estimate on the phone. Then after telling them I’ve been waiting for them to come for three hours I was informed she will never clean my house and then hung up. To be honest I don’t mind after reading the reviews of this company online. Never! Contact them or schedule anything from them."
