"What a fresh of breath air! Last week I had hired a really big time moving company to help my parents move and it was such a nightmare! Long story short for the previous company I used the owner/manager really needs lessons on how to be professional and something called customer service. That night (because the company wasn't truthful and lots of time was lost -they couldn't complete the job without charging me a time and half per hour so I told them to stop) I searched for a smaller company that had better customer service.
