"I'm a VERY satisfied customer! I called for pricing and made an appt. They were out the very next day to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. They arrived earlier than my appt time but I did receive a text message giving me a 30 min heads-up and I actually liked that they were early. They did a fantastic job! The two gentleman that came out were very professional, nice, respectful, and helpful. I just wish I could remember their names?! (Senior moment) I strongly recommend them to do your job. They aren't like some businesses that do a bit of this and that. They specialize in Air Duct Cleaning, that's all they do so they really know their stuff and they do it well. "Customer service to get an appointment was very easy and stress-free. The workers came on time, but they seem to be in a rush. They left a couple of tapes on vents didn’t clean one vent in the closet and I had to remind them to do the air conditioning units. I also have a shuffleboard table that had to be moved for access or I’m sure it could’ve been covered. However, it was moved and not moved back, which makes it very difficult because it’s a very large and heavy table same with the downstairs family room couch."
