"We had a deep cleaning recently by Choice Cleaning Solutions. The cleaning was not completed to our satisfaction, although we paid $500 for the service. I contacted Juanita with all my concerns. She was polite and had her team come out the next day to complete what should have been completed the day before. I decided to give Choice Cleaning Solutions another chance. Last week, I reached out to Juanita to confirm the pricing I had received at my initial consultation. At that time, I also scheduled an appointment to have my home cleaned the following Thursday. On Wednesday, Juanita sent me a text confirming the appointment for the following morning. On Thursday morning, I receive a call 10 minutes after the scheduled time of appointment saying they could not clean my home due to "her girls having family problems." I asked Juanita if there was any possibility the cleaning could be rescheduled to Friday sometime as we have a party planned for Saturday and we are now in a tight bind. She says it is not possible, nor does she attempt to work it out. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional in the manner in which they conduct business. I understand that things come up and happen. To cancel with NO notice whatsoever and put us in a bind and not even attempt to work with us is very unprofessional. If I could rate Choice Cleaning Solutions with zero stars I would do so. Save yourself the frustration of being canceled on at the last minute by not using Choice Cleaning Solutions."
