"Paid premium price for deep cleaning. Took almost 15 mins which with deep cleaning should have taken more time. Stains still on carpet and pet area still visible. Do not use them. Also had area rug cleaned and corner of rug where stained was still dry. Looks the same as it did before cleaning. Beware!! Store states they said they would take into store to clean and they did not. It was all recorded on camera and is an outright lie. They did pick back up and take in but now smells like mold and mildew and still not clean. Had to pay another company to redo our casita carpet as well! Beware still people!"

"Lv carpets did a great job on my carpet and tile. We have a small puppy that made a mess and we couldn't get rid of the smell. Not just that but they cleaned the carpet and removed all the bad smells, they also cleaned our tile and grout and did an amazing job. "We had Persian rug that are very expensive. My dad gave it to me before he pass and I needed the rug to be clean,after quick search I found LV CARPETS which are experts on rug cleaning. They did wonderful job on my area rug,the pick up and returned was less then 7 days and the results was AMAZING.
