"I got their information from one of my neighbors. When I called to get the price quote, the lady didn’t seem that friendly. Regardless, she gave me a price quote of $140. I told her that I will talk to my husband and let her know when we were ready since we still had work that was being done outside. A few months later when I called, I confirmed the price again and scheduled the appointment. When they were done, I was given an invoice for $230. I told the guy that I was quoted $140…he said that was incorrect. So, I went ahead and paid since they were already done with the job. They put me on schedule for every 3 months for $120…they said that if I wanted inside, it’ll be more. They came a few times after that. (I had also called and spoke with the same person (Jenny) and had changed it to every 6 months) Today when they were cleaning, we noticed that they weren’t cleaning the outside screens. When my husband asked the guys about it, they said that it’ll be additional $20. I called the front office again, at first I spoke to someone else then she put me on hold to confirm…once Jenny came on, she was rude…even more so than usual. She said that the quote was $230 from the beginning. I told her that she was the one I spoke with, I confirmed with her on multiple times…same with the screens, same with changing my service to every 6 month. She basically insinuating that I was lying. I asked her to please cancel my services from here on forward and she hang up on me. The reason that I still gave them 2 stars, the guys still do a decent job and work quickly. However, the customer service(Jenny), and the misinformation…specially the rudeness…nope, not acceptable!!"

"So I'm a local realtor in Las Vegas and I recommend vendors to clients who ask. I recommend vendors who have done and do good work and mostly ones who are honorable with their word. I don't normally post bad reviews however I felt the need this time because they didn't keep their word with my client but were rude and hung up on me when they were called out on it. Basically my elderly seller who is selling their home asked me for a window cleaning company. I recommended Window Bright because in past they have always been professional. Not this time. My seller asked if they offered any discounts, she was quoted 10% for Senior discount. Upon completion of job she was not at home, her husband was, he paid the tech $200 cash, didn't even get a receipt. When his wife came home she asked about the 10% and he said they tech never said anything about it. I just called the office and the person who answered the phone said they don't offer discounts, I proceeded to tell her that my seller would not be lying about a lousy 20$ however she then said that the customer should have asked the tech for it, customer was not told that. She also claims that she would have written those notes in her file but there were no notes. I called my seller back and she said she was told about the 10% discount but nothing about mentioning it to the tech. So I called Window Bright back and the person who answers the phone, who never even gave me her name basically said, fine I'll note the file. ?? So I proceeded to tell her that its not about the $20 but someone keeping their word because I do refer mostly all my clients to them, so I said in order to make it right, you should perhaps send a $20 check to my client. Guess what she said....Have a nice day and hung up on me!! OMG, that lousy 20$ is going to cost the owner a lot of money because I will never refer anyone to them again and I'm giving them this bad review because in this day and age, people should be honorable to anyone they do business with. I live my life and my business that way and most all businesses I work with do except for Window Bright apparently they are too important and must be too busy. Good luck and consumer beware! It could be you next and for something more serious!! There are way too many other companies out there to do business with."
