"I am a property owner and scheduled carpet cleaning?after the tenant left. The technician arrived 30 minuted late, and then just left after he looked at the job, no explanation! The carpets were dirty, no permanent stains though. I don’t mind paying extra if need be, but the fact that i waited 5 days for an appt and have him walk out is unacceptable. I definitely will not recommend using this company."
