"Not sure how this place has such high ratings. They advertise for cleaning area rugs, so I called before arriving to make sure they have the ability to do it. I asked about pricing for an 8 x 10 rug before bringing it in, and was told it starts at $45. No big deal. Our rug wasn't super dirty, just wanted to get it cleaned because we are having a baby soon and deep cleaning the house. I rolled up the rug and brought it in last Tuesday 9/5 and she tells me it will be done by Monday 9/11. Monday arrives and hubby goes to pick up our rug, and was told it hadn't even been started because they were busy. It has just been sitting there for a week. So, i called and spoke with the woman i originally spoke with and she said that one of the machines was broken (was it broken or were they busy??) so they would have it done in the next few days. I asked her what the pricing was going to be now that they have the rug and she tells me $165 minimum. Completely changed the price on the rug. Not only did they increase the price x4 from what they originally told me, but also didn't even call me when they knew the rug wasn't even started on the day we were supposed to pick it up. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will be taking our business elsewhere."
