"We are staying in an AirBnB property that is serviced by Golden Touch and had a good experience. The room was very clean, and when we had some delays with our hotel check-in they were polite and responsive in offering to talk with the front desk personnel to confirm that the room was ready for us."

"I'm in town staying at a rental through VRBO for signature towers, I was given the golden touch number to call for housekeeping and supplies. It doesn't have hours listed but just a message to call their number by the owner when in need. I called the number to request more toilet paper. Evidently they leave the premises after a certain time but with being a guest, how would I know. The manager refused to give her name and was very rude by over talking me and not listening but instead telling me to go buy my own toilet paper. I didn't fly out of town on vacation and pay what I've paid for a rental property to be told to buy toilet paper because they have left the premises. What happens overnight if you need anything. I then asked for the manager and she said I am the manager. You as a business owner don't overtalk a customer. You listen, apologize if it's something you can't fulfill then offer a solution. Instead she hung up. I called back and a gentleman answered named Spencer and stated he was the owner. Again instead of providing customer service he defended his employee instead of offering a solution. So therefore this review, vrbo & airbnb owners beware of this company to represent your property as far as housekeeping and supplies, they don't care if you're inconvenienced and instead gives excuses instead of solutions. You can't rely on this company for supplies."

"Terrible work, room was filthy when we got it. The worst customer service I have experienced Jennifer spoke terribly to my group and accused us of lying when we asked for bedding that wasn’t provided. On top of this there cleaner stole one of my fathers shirts that was laying on the bed (will be in contact with LVPD) And they took pictures of our belongings to send to the owner without our consent which is against the law, so we felt our privacy and safety compromised .We stayed in a filthy room they cleaned for 12 days…. Stay clear of this company."

It’s sparkling clean from top to bottom, including windows, they even swept my patios and changed the linens on the beds. I’m so impressed I’m considering having them come regularly for house cleaning. Phyllis, Dustin and Elizabeth were awesome and the price was a surprisingly affordable price for my smaller home."
