"Mark is NOT CCRC CERTIFIED AS HE CLAIMS HE TOOK THEIR LOGO AND PUT HIS OWN WORDING TO IT. He’s a fraud in every step of the way. Can not believe how fast Mark got to my place. Can not believe how on it he was . Then comes the billing. Time for payment I could not believe just exactly how expensive this was. Mark got pretty nasty when I told him i was not going to file a claim with my insurance company. not only did ot take forever to get an itemized bill but as soon as he sent it he expected me to pay him the 5k on the spot. Would have rather cleaned it up myself than deal with this again."
