And I've called several times since!!! It is taking over 6 months to get paid! If you're a provider, I suggest NOT providing your services if this company is responsible for processing payment. I have called several times only to leave a message and never get a call back. The claims adjuster has been changed so many times I don't know who to speak to or what office is handling this case anymore!!!"

"For the second year in a row they sent my fiancé W2s to the wrong address! He turned in the correct change of address form as informed to do so. Then this year still employed by the same company he didn't get them again. So he call the and yes yet again they sent them to the now very old address. The correct address is listed on every paycheck. There supposed to be the best. Yet we had to make another trip to there office to pick it up in person. Just bumbed with the service."

All of her answers to my questions (HR related) was " I don't know" or "You need to ask your boss" instead of finding the right person who could of answered my questions. I called Oahu office and they were very helpful, answered all of my questions and knew exactly what to do!"
