My initial contact took almost two weeks, with the front desk apparently missing my message. Even though options are limited on Big Island, I was still willing to give them a chance. I was promised we would begin working together at the start of the year, but no one ever reached out to me to ensure they had my account information. I prepared all of the requested documents, but it took several emails and weeks of waiting to finally get a response from them.
