"Update. It gets even better. So their driver Garet shows up today acting like he wanted to try and fix the situation. Unfortunately he has a lot to learn about customer service. After defending the other driver he then continues by insulting me when I argued. He actually had the nerve to tell me to watch how I spoke to his drivers. Maybe if his drivers could read and follow directions and then not be a jerk when they mess up it might help. I guess after disrupting my house hold I'm not allowed to be upset. It's pretty simple. Don't be a jerk and you won't get cussed at. Something about having to watch my mother die like this makes me very intolerant of other people's lack of common sense. Maybe I should take the advice I was given and file a report for harrasment. He sat in front of my house on the phone calling his boss while I was on the phone with Reno PD Apparently after being told a half a dozen times by myself and my mom's hospice team they cannot seem to manage to call before they come ringing my doorbell at 9pm. It's even circled in red on the bag they just delivered to please call first. No phone call but now my entire household is up.....again."
