"We enjoyed our stay at Koa Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and shuffleboard. The only issue was the windows in our room didn't close properly and that meant lots of outside noise, mostly from feral chickens, but also from a few noisy guests, was louder than we liked."

"We were at Koa for 7 days. Our apartment was very nicely decorated and supplied with everything a family would need, with the exception of beach chairs. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to a bus stop. The swimming pool was the absolute best. It had a very deep end (9 feet) and a shallow end for children. Most days, you could find a spot in the sun by the pool on their lounge chairs. They also had a pickleball/ tennis court that we used. The location of the complex is on a busy road, which was somewhat noisy, and the location is a good distance from Kiehei central and driving distance to Wailea. If you want to be where the action is, this is probably not the property you're looking for. However, I liked it because it had fewer people roaming around, and you can always drive or take the bus to more popular areas. We loved it and would consider staying here again."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Koa Condos in Kihei, Maui, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The location is unbeatable. You're steps away from stunning beaches on the island, and the sunsets are out of this world. The condo itself was a home away from home. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the lanai with a view. I can't say enough about the lush, well-maintained grounds and the pool area. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the island. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and unforgettable Maui vacation. I can't wait to return!"

"The place was filthy. The toilet seat had pee on it. The air conditioner filters had never had the filters cleaned. I went through and cleaned them myself. Not good for athsma Gross. Parking may be far from your door. Pool is nice. Good location."
