"I have to say a little disappointed as I use Ace Hardware quite a bit all around the United States In town working on the Lahaina fire relief program, stopped in here to spend two to $500 on materials needed for the cleanup effort. I asked where the restroom was, and the 19-year-old kid behind the counter said we don’t have one I said you don’t have one he said it’s not open to the public I said, is it open to your customers he said no I left my cart there in the middle of the aisle and walked out of the store. Dear Local ownership group, I always prefer to buy local instead of the large chain stores. But when a hardware store can’t open its bathroom facility to a customer, not to mention the public, it really irks me. You are a part of the neighborhood and a part of society. Do your part…"
