"My stay was lovely but the management company does not return phone calls or emails and charged me twice for my stay. I had to dispute the charge directly with my credit card company. Disorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend!"

"The unit was very comfortable. The ocean view is great. The landscaping is plush and very well maintained. The unit only has A/C in the bedrooms, but that was not a problem. Natural ventilation and mild climate kept the place comfortable throughout the day and night. The unit needs updating. The door on the master bedroom shower was difficult to open and close. The bathrooms had a musty smell. The carpet and tile looked dated. The front door knob and lock were difficult to operate. However, the bedrooms were very comfortable and had very comfortable mattresses. The decks are nice. The kitchen looked updated and was well stocked. The bathrooms were also well stocked. The unit is within an easy walking distance to Poipu beach. A swimming pool on the property is one about a 1-block walk. Parking was not a problem, but the spaces are narrow. Overall, the unit was nice and was worth the cost. I must say that getting in touch with the management office was frustrating. Took many calls to get in touch. They did not return voicemail."

"We rented two condos at Suite Paradise for a week with ten of our family, ages 7 to 77. This was a once in a lifetime all-family vacation, 6 years in the planning. We had the most fabulous experience and want to compliment the staff of the resort. We experienced everything and more than we expected. The person who assisted me in choosing the rental units selected them so that we were able to visit throughout the day by one brief walk. Both units were clean and beautifully appointed, complete with lovely furnishings, fully stocked kitchens, plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for our use. Suite Paradise is within quick walking distance of three of the most iconic beaches: Shipwreck, Brenneckes, and Poipu. Staff graciously assisted us in accommodating our younger son’s family when they arrived before their condo was ready. We had access to swimming pools, BBQs, and lush gardens on site. A short drive allowed us use of the gorgeous rock pool with curving sliding board, a golf course, tennis court, and a great gym. We loved every aspect of this well maintained and comfortable resort. We hope to return and have already recommended Suite Paradise to friends."

I was absolutely satisfied with my entire vacation rental experience. I am very glad I chose a condo over a hotel.
