"Kristopher was an excellent masseuse. I did the Pohaku hot stone ritual and I had never done a hot stone massage before. Kristopher was attentive to my desired pressure and temperature, while also knowledgeable about the ritual itself. The spa itself is nice and the offerings are more expensive than we’d prefer but convenience comes at a price (we were staying at the resort). Thank you for a lovely experience!"
"The facility is older and the steam shower is broken. It was still clean and the service was good. I like that the service (scrub, massage and wrap) was actually 90 a full 90 minutes. It would be nice if they had a few more amenities because it is a resort spa. The front desk gal was amazing-friendly and professional!"
"I got the hot stones massage and coconut milk scalp massage. Tony and Kristoff were both great and helped ease away most if not all of my stress knots. Great way to end my stay"
"I booked a cryotherapy facial. It was 100% FALSE advertising. They do not own a cryo machine. It was a normal facial with about 3 minutes of a cooling wand. The word cryo was all over the service description. Everyone on staff played dumb and they only gave me 10% off. I was duped. There was also boxes all over the treatment room and bright lights on. No chance of relaxation."
"Worst spa facility I’ve been in literally in the world. Best massage I’ve ever had. Here’s why… 1. We were met with a sign on the door. Sorry will be back shortly. They came back about 5 minutes before our appointment. I was totally rushed because I had to shower up before the massage. 2. Razor no shaving cream if I had time to shave which I was planning. 3. No tour or anything describing their amenities found out after we left, from my wife there was a steam shower out of the 2 showers there. The shower I picked was seemed dirty and I had NO wash cloth or scrubby was provided. 1 towel. 4. Right out the shower to the massage no sitting around relaxing drying off time for the massage. Stepping around buckets and holes in the ceiling. 5. The massage was amazing. I just wish there was some water before the massage and some time to relax before it too. I just finished surfing so I wanted to shower up and chill in the “spa” before like at every other resort we’ve been to. Closing Basically this is a resort quality massage in a massage parlor in a strip mall not a spa for the spa price. Great massage but next year I will definitely push for a booking somewhere else ."
