"These are condos. Grounds are well maintained. Outside building maintenance shows allot of deferred maintenance out of condo owners control."

"Exterior in need of some maintenance but our condo was beautiful inside. The reason I gave this a 3 star review is that there are so many steps to climb up and down to your condos, it was very difficult, especially with someone who has knee issues. Also, children's strollers are a two person job to get to the room and back. Plus moving luggage to and from your car or food from Costco is a monumental feat if you are not young. It is not ADA COMPLIANT either do don't even think about a scooter or wheelchair. Did see whales each day which as awesome."

"This is not a resort, or a hotel. There are some units for short term rental, and there are many permanent residents. When staying here please be respectful of those who live here. This includes loud noises on the lanai, loud voices in and around the stairs , walkways and in the parking lot, especially early in the morning and late at night. Many residences here have jobs and other commitments and are up early. Practicing Aloha on this property is greatly appreciated and you will be warmly greeted."

"This was not a good place. The ants were horrible. We were told about them but this was more like an infestation!! They were in the sinks, the drawers, the microwave, the pantry. We had them in our food before we noticed them. Had to throw alot away!! The sliding doors were broken, they used wooden dowels to keep them closed. Some of the inside doors were broke. It just wasn't a good place. I suggest going else where."

"Let’s start with the NO A/C - woulda been nice if it was posted on the website. Condo/room is DISGUSTING; my feet were FILTHY after taking my shoes off, per request. BUGS (ants ?) all over the kitchen & bathrooms. Furniture is repulsive; feels “sticky” to sit on. The top floor is uninhabitable, unless your used to sleeping near the SUN. NO access to the balcony (wasn’t notified til AFTER booking) 2 flights of stairs to get to your room, thank goodness I’m able to still do stairs at this point (NO info about such in listing however) cabinets, counter tops, bath tubs FILTHY. In order to be semi-inhabitable, you must leave all windows/doors open which creates a “vortex” when leaving & your door SLAMS shut. Bottom line, just go somewhere (anywhere!) ELSE."
