"I used to work there and I strongly advise no one to take their babies there! I saw terrible things being done and accepted as ok . Your children are not safe there, the staff do not care about the children at all! I worked there for a year before I was forced to quit because I couldn’t be a part of the terrible treatment and care the poor little children were getting. The people working there are not trained in childcare and most were too young to take care of themselves let alone small children! I reported the things I witnessed but NOTHING was done . I’m so sad for the kids whose parents take them there because it’s cheap. It’s cheap because it’s terrible!!"

"*EDIT* Nevermind...our apologies to staff and Maria. Someone was not honest about his birthday. Let me start by stating I have known this daycare for years. My oldest child attended here and now my youngest does. Originally he was not initially enrolled as there was no available space for two years in the classroom (he's 3 almost 4 now). I have known Traniece (daycare director) for almost 8 years now. My oldest child attended here. They are not perfect but they don't lie and do admit errors and do pay decent attention to my children. They feed the children and contact you if NECESSARY.... (WHO WOULD NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED ABOUT THEIR CHILD?)"

"Unfortunately, all of the bad reviews are absolutely true and then some. Stuff goes on behind the scenes that the parents are never aware of. The health department really needs to close this place down and all centers owned by this company. Let's first start with the infectious diseases. They have had outbreaks of lice and ring worm which has spread to other children and their families. There is a woman who works there who is a lying sack - she pretends to be really nice - but she will be sweetie sweetie and lie right to the parents faces when they ask if the school is having any problems with contagious outbreaks and this was before covid. She is older with red hair. I will testify in court that I witnessed this and that she is a liar. Second of all, the sanitary conditions are the worst. There is not enough staff and they can not bathroom the children properly. The staff in the infant room only wear gloves part of the time when changing diapers. And they use other people's supplies for infants with no supplies. They give infants tap water when the infants have no bottled water. There was another day care center that was closed down for doing just this. Their financial backbone is taking in children from the Urban League which are children in tremendous stress. They lash out at other children constantly hitting and biting. But if the center didn't take these children, they could not afford to stay in business. Also, they do an after school program which completely overloads the staff already there. And the office managers give the moms who are their friends "discounts" on their bill. I wouldn't have these people take care of a dog much less children."

"Worst Daycare in Vegas! Disregard any apparent good reviews as they are from staff and the director associates. I could write a whole book about this garbage daycare! They allow children to watch tv all day! They post up fake lesson plans for show but do not teach, they hire teachers who look like they just graduated from addict anonymous, the directors are the worst part of this daycare! The directors lack class and super unprofessional, very very ghetto. They are known to leave fecal matter on toilet seats from other kids and it stinks, my kids clothes always came back smelling like a dumpster. Oh let’s not forget that they will call you for the slightest issue, oh your child nose is running come pick him/her up, oh your child threw a toy on the floor we are suspending him/her for 3 days. The ONLY reason why my kids even stepped foot into this daycare because it’s 24 hours and my work schedule at the time required such flexibility in a childcare. But please do not bring your child here, there are other childcare facilities/private nanny/home based care that are far better quality. Tinker town need to be shut down!"

"The worst daycare I've ever come in contact with! My kids literally only attended one day and I ended up pulling them out because my 2 year old was given to me with a scratch on her face and no explanation. When I dropped my daughter off I was nervous to leave because there were two kids fighting and although there was a teacher standing there no one stopped them. There were two teachers in the room and no one was paying attention to the kids. Them she's handed back with a scratch underneath her eye with no explanation. She's never been sick with more than a common cold and less then 24 hours after attending she's throwing up violently and has extreme diarrhea. Not even 24 hours after that my 6 year old catches it so I ended up having to stay home with them for 5 days. I decided to pull them out and switch providers and when I call back to get my balance I was told I'd have to pay $218 and they only attended 1 day. They bumped it down to $128 (Stacey initially told me it would be $67 for the day and during our conversation bumped it up to $128) because they "had to charge me for half the week because it's in the contract" even with all these issues I just told them. Their response to the scratch was "we never received a report about her being scratched" like that made it any better. She returned to me different from the way I sent her with no explanation and that's not ok. I do not recommend you waste your time "testing" this place out! The kids are not safe here!"
