"This is the worst place to stay in Las Vegas. Stay away from it. It is a 1 star Motel. List of issues in Central tower (not sure about other towers) 1. Heater is not working in the room 2. Very Luke warm water. Asked front desk, they made me wait for 1 hour. I called 3 times. Last call I asked to cancel, she did not even care to say sorry. She was happy to cancel the order not care for the service 3. No desk and chair in my room 4. No wall sockets, extension cords were provided 5. Lighting is very very dull. I thought I missed a switch, but no, two table lamps and one Ikea tower lamp 6. Water was leaking in the bathroom all night 7. No soap in the shower Location: It is next to monorail which is a significant plus. This hotel does not qualify for any stars. I rather rent it out as 1 star hotel. STAY AWAY!!"

"My first time staying here, as it was not bad on prices. However I originally booked and reserved a signature king and was told they only have double beds available upon arrival. Found what i believe to be a roach in the morning of my first night here. Not sure how common this is for past guests. Of the 2 beds in the room, one had what looks to be mold, this was only noticed through lighting. The other bed covers did not have any stains. I can honestly say the only convenience about this place was the free parking and price. You pay for what you get"

"Great quieter (but still fun) option off the strip without the overwhelming crowds of the mega casinos. Monorail station is right outside. Staff, from bell desk to bartenders to the event folks, are great. Only one issue: there wasn't enough elevator capacity to handle the two conferences being hosted while I was there and it was regularly a 5-10 min wait."

"Definitely not on the strip. No coffee machines and No microwave inside the rooms. Checking in was horrible. There was a leak inside the room. The 16th floor was without television for hours. Everyday the TV was going on. It was a family trip with 3 rooms booked on the same floor and we all had the same problems. There was a mildew sour smell inside the room. We would not be returning to this resort."

"This is a off the strip value gem. Close enough to the strip with a monorail stop attached. Rooms and property are older but some rooms have been renovated. The value is what you are here for. Upgrade yourself to the Lanai Rooms and enjoy a large patio with direct pool access. Rooms have a fridge AND a microwave. The buffet is dated and almost horrible at $25...plus it closes at 2pm...no dinner service. Again...the Westgate is all about clean comfortable rooms at a great price. Why pay more?"
