"I have been training there for years. The gym is cozy but has everything you need to get a great workout. Having 24-hour access is fantastic, especially for those who train during the early mornings and late nights. Mike, the owner, and the entire staff are very friendly, and keeping the place clean and sanitized seems to be a priority to them."

"We recently and had a great experience at this gym! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even offering is a birthday discount since it was my boyfriend’s special day. The gym had all the essential equipment we needed for our workout, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. I was also impressed that they provided (6:30am) services even during off-hours, making it convenient for us! We highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience in Maui!"

"Trained here during my vacation in Maui using a 1 week pass. It was conveniently located, clean and opened 24 hrs which was super important as I’m busy discovering Maui during the day. Staff were friendly. Equipment wise, they have everything you need to get a full workout. Lots of cardio machines and weights. Only thing missing is a squat/bench press cage. They do have a Smith machine."
