"Worst place to buy items if you want to buy a lot of things. Can't bring carts outside. Was out of bags last time I was there and wanted me to buy $1 a bag. This is not the way to run a business. You need to allow people to be able to bring their purchases to their cars. I ended up having my entire order refunded as I was not able to bring it to my car as I had too many things and no way to bring them to my vehicle"
"Great store full of great finds. The only thing lacking is the customer service at the registers. I had a blonde woman as my cashier, she was very sarcastic and low key rude. However, The dressing room attendant and the other employees on the floor were very kind and helpful. I always leave the store with more than what I originally came for."
"Kihei Ross is always very clean and well organized. While it’s been open for a while it’s worth remembering that until Ross came to Kihei, people living in Kihei couldn’t just run out and buy a quick pair of pants or a shirt. It was a drive uptown. The staff at Kihei Ross are always kind and helpful. Like any Ross it’s going to have its times when selection is limited, but that’s kind of the exciting part. You never know what you might find."
