"As much as I would like to support local businesses I unfortunately will not be returning to Ruiz Cigars. The guy behind the counter was a complete jerk. I had the same experience as other reviewers (Scott H. and Wes) Unbelievably rude, inconsiderate...I felt like I had interrupted his personal time by showing up in the store. I regret actually purchasing anything as I found the pipe I wanted much cheaper on line. The cost was not the issue though...I prefer spending my money locally...but the employee (Younger guy with long hair and a boat load of attitude) has run me off for good. I'll drive all the way to Carson to purchase from another store or I will shop online. Never again at this place."

"Go to Ruiz Cigars if you enjoy Great prices and customer service. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and the environment is inviting and professional. You can enjoy a peaceful toke in the lounge, browse the selection of cigars, tobacco and accessories and go to one of many events hosted here with awesome guests and giveaways. As far as I know it’s the only place to get leaf tobacco in the area."
