"I go to Dotty's chain all the time because the cigarettes bare cheap. I feel so disrespected by the actions of the employee at this location. I came to Dotty's to buy two packs of Pall Mall red 100's and a lighter for my husband before going back home from work. It just so happened that I had to use the restroom in a hurry and I attempted to go to the restroom first as I usually do because I have a weak bladder. She met me at the entrance of the restroom. I thought she was going to ask me for ID like other employees, but no, she blocked the door and said that they didn't have a public restroom. So I was like you guys usually do is it broken? She proceeded to block the door and I told her that was gonna go on myself, which I was leaking as she refused to let me in. She mentioned something about security and moved out of the way. She was looking at me like I was scum by the way. Of course by this time I have it in my mind that I will never come here again and I will definitely not by any cigarettes here now. when I was done using the restroom I went to the counter and asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name and I let her know that she was extremely rude and I wasn't happy with how I was being treated and she should not have treated me the way that she did and she continued to look at me and a very disrespectful way and went on to say that they had no public restrooms and that the restroom was for customers. I told her for the second time that I was buying cigarettes and she says "so are you going to buy cigarettes" and I said no and she said "I thought so". Told her that I didn't feel comfortable buying anything from the store at all now. She told me to take the number down on the ATM but I didn't have my phone at the time. So I went outside grab my phone and just took a pictures from the outside because I knew she wasn't going to let me back in."
