"The male worker that worked today the 30th of December at 2:50pm was so rude and very unprofessional. I asked if he could call another store he said" we are really busy" he didn't even give me eye contact. I know that is not the BoxLunch workers standard. There was a woman helping customers and another woman standing behind the cash register doing nothing. I know it's a new store but fix your customers service. Been customers for many years at galleria mall store. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. I won't be back at the south outlet store. What a shame because it's a big store."
