"I can't say enough good things about SW Medical Tenaya Urgent Care. The staff was courteous, empathetic and efficient. After being examined, the doctor ordered blood work and an x-ray, which were done right onsite and the results came within a half hour. When the doctor examined the x-ray results, she ordered a Cat Scan to get more information, which they also did onsite. Amazing! From the CT scan, she diagnosed a burst appendix and delivered the news with compassion and just the right amount of detail that we felt informed, but not overwhelmed. They sent orders to the ER of the hospital of our choice and we were on our way. Thank you everyone at SW, you made us feel cared for while in crisis."

"5/23- I came in with a pretty painful back injury and spasms. Online it stated the wait time was 15 minutes. The checkin was seamless, I did not get the persons name, but they were great. I waited a total of 5 minutes after checkin before being brought back to a room. The MA was professional, I am spacing on her name, but she was quick and helpful. The MA brought me to the room and it was 5-10 minutes before Erin, the provider came back. Erin was professional and thorough. In my experience, chronic back pain is brushed off in urgent care/E.R’s. That was not the case here and I felt I got the care I needed. Johnny, the nurse, was awesome too. Quick and easy shot to help with the spasms."
