"Most "surf" shops in Hawaii are selling t-shirts and logoed schwag to look at while you eat your shave ice . . . The staff won't know much about surfing. They might have a few boards on a rack but good luck. This place is the opposite of that. THIS IS A SURFBOARD SHOP. They make and sell surfboards right there. I have a few Schaper boards but had never been to the shop. It exceeded my expectations. The staff and Carl take their time and know every detail of every board. Absolute pros."
