"The staff was very rude and judgmental. I picked out multiple swimsuits out and asked about one on a model and she looked me up and down and told us “you can try it on but it’s 200 something dollars” alluding that i couldn’t afford it. I picked out the suit and went to try it on and she grabbed the rest out of my hands and started counting them, thinking I would steal it. Once I got to the counter to buy 2 of the suits she doubled checked and kept making sure I knew of the “great quality” of them. Along with all of this a couple next to me in the dressing room (which is just a space covered with a curtain) were obviously doing inappropriate things for public and the owner didn’t even acknowledge it."

"My family and I were looking around while waiting to be seated for our dinner. After looking and picking some items up to purchase, the owner asked us all to leave because she had somewhere to go. We would have spent several hundred dollars. I even stopped back another day and she acted like she was doing me a favor by being there. I dropped all my stuff and left."

"I am amazed by their customer service! I made a purchase online but made a silly mistake on the top. Because of the time difference, i had to wait several hours until the store opened to call and try to correct my error. About 20 minutes before they opened, Andrea called me because she thought the order might be wrong. I was so pleased and relieved! The top I meant to order had gone missing and was not available. (It was still in the inventory.) I expected to be given a store credit because what i actually ordered was in stock, but she refunded the top without me even asking. She was so kind and helpful. I was so pleased and grateful! I hope to get there in person one day, but for now will have to keep shopping online. GREAT STORE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU ANDREA!!"

"Well after reading other people’s reviews, I’m not talking that woman’s excuse for an attitude personal. While there might be a handful of well-made (and overpriced) items, you’ll also find the same stuff you’ve seen everywhere else. Nothing special and defiantly not worth the grumpy judgmental personality. A sprinkle of aloha spirit could do this shop some good."

"I have purchased many bathing suits in my life and if you want to know the difference between a cheapy-target suit and one that fits and feels like a luxury glove, come here. Not sure what the lady with 1 Star is talking about but from the moment I walked in here I was happily greeted by an adorable young sales lady. She helped me find great styles and was such a doll. Yes, will spend a bit more ($50-100+) a piece. But these suits last. I bought one ten years ago of the same cost and quality and still have it. All styles, all colors, all unique. If you spend any time in the water or with a bathing suit or just want a great-quality suit, It’s worth the money, trust me!"
