"Of all the fun things we've done on Kauai, this was the best! Mitchell was an amazing instructor. We had 2 adults and 2 children. The kids took to surfing immediately. With a little coaching, Mitchell even had two out-of-shape adults surfing. He was very encouraging and great with both age groups. We were curious about the local culture and history. Mitchell was born and raised in Hanalei so he was able to share local information with us too. That was an added bonus. These guys are the embodiment of Aloha Spirit. If you do anything at all on Kauai, make sure this is on your list!"

"Had a lesson with Nate yesterday and it was a blast! I’ve tried surfing at home, but it was great to practice fundamentals with a knowledgeable instructor. Hanalei Bay is overall a great place to learn with small, fairly consistent waves. I definitely recommend taking a lesson from Hawaiian Surfing Adventures!"
"We had the best time surfing with Sean! It was our first time surfing and he knew we were a little nervous. He is so patient and great at his job, we got up first try! Sean can read the waves really well and knew how to cue us to paddle and stand at the correct time. We are definitely coming back and want to surf with Sean again!"
"We reserved a lesson for our family (8 and 10 year old children) for a 8:30 lesson. Check in was quick and easy at 8:00. We drove our car to the beach lot to have our lesson at Pine Trees. Sean was a fantastic instructor- personable, patient and kind. We all enjoyed our lesson and wanted to do more! Also to note- there was only one other lesson happening at the same time but got very crowded as the day progressed. Thank you!"
