"I brought my rescue pup that I've had for nearly a year to get groomed for the very first time. He was severely matted and really shaggy. I've never had a dog that required grooming and was a bit concerned how he'd be with new people. I expressed this and was met with understanding and reassurance that it's fine. Everything was EASY... from setting up an appointment to discussing the process and pricing all the way to drop off and pick up. Everything was explained to me when I dropped him off even down to what I could expect to see when it comes to his behavior after his hair is gone. The work done in this hidden gem is truly magical. I wish I had done it sooner. My little Gofie(goh-fee) Guy is transformed!!! I love it. We will definitely be back."
