"This place doesn't keep simple items in stock, does not mark sale items that are in their weekly ads, and absolutely does not honor sale prices for items online. The last time I tried to buy one, they told me the stock number was wrong, therefore I could not purchase what was advertised. I don't have to tell anyone that is entirely illegal and it's called false advertising. They advertised the exact item with its detailed product description for a discounted price, but said it was marked wrong on the shelf. That's not my problem. That's their problem to fix after they honor their ad. What's even more ridiculous is that they never fixed the problem. Incompetence. Here is the kicker. They contacted me by email and threatened me to stop giving bad reviews or they will contact their ethics department or some ridiculous, pointless threat like somehow I'm bound by their company policies. I will review this store as I was invited to by each survey emailed to me as I see fit and chime in on every customer service failure that I encounter. That is the only duty I have as a consumer. If the threats continue, I'm thinking the Better Business Bureau or maybe even contacting a lawyer about their threats and of course, their false advertising. Buyer beware."

"I was grabbing sun tan lotion and wanted to get a coconut water for the beach. The large coconut water was $6.29. That’s $56.61 for 9 of them. A nine pack of those waters is $19.99 at Costco. Longs, like every other corporation is blindly gouging their customers. They don’t care about their customers and you should do what you can to avoid shopping there. I understand we need certain things from pharmacies, but don’t support them outside of that if possible."

"Whenever I go to pick prescriptions from CVS in Target Kapolei, the pharmacy techs, Dawn, Rachel, Elaina are always so pleasant and I always enjoy seeing them. Mel the pharmacist is a gem too! All the other techs whom I pick up my scripts from are amazing too. This is truly my favorite place to pick up my medications considering I have a few other pharmacies in my area to go to. Thank you to the staff here that makes my visits a pleasure!!"

"RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL MANAGER! BEFORE READING THIS, UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS SHOPPING FOR A WHILE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, MEANWHILE Cedric the manager said MULTIPLE disrespectful comments to me this Morning, and after giving him THREE chances to leave me alone. CEDRIC then RUDELY asks if i need help, I kindly told CEDRIC "No im good" then he tells me to next time "Say it". After confronting CEDRIC about his disrepectful comments he then lied and would not apologize or offer ANY discount OR words to fix the situation. CEDRIC is a disgusting person, and horrible manager AND SHOULD THINK ABOUT LEARNING HOW TO RESPECT ALL COSTUMERS."

"I went to pick up two prescriptions right before lunch and I got a message on my phone that there have been a charger my account even though I hadn't been able to get my prescriptions the lady told me my charge was declined. I checked my bank and I got charged $32.82 then the lady closed for lunch and refused to help me and I hadn't bought anything. To top it off I go to management three different times plus call corporate nobody can seem to find my charge for $32.82 however it's still on my card which unfortunately is a Walmart money card so I guess I just got screwed for $32.82 I still had to go back after lunch and get my prescriptions out that really hurts next time maybe I can get a kiss first"
