"I ran into this store to buy new headphones because the ones I had petered out during my walk. The new ones cost 10 bucks. This is a tiny little store, full of snacks, like cupcakes, candy, ice cream, etc plus alcohol, cigarettes, lighters ,headphones, phone chargers, etc. They also have a small selection of hair products, toilet paper, air freshener, and the like. The people who work here are exceptionally friendly, and helpful. The only drawback is there are shoplifters constantly, who are chased down, tackled, humiliated, etc by a certain guy who is working in the back. The shoplifting is frequent. It's all uncomfortable, but it is what it is."

"Bad customer service. I live next to this store. On numerous occasions, I've observed the daytime shift employee being extremely rude customers. I try to avoid this place during the weekdays. Also, the door is not big enough to fit a normal size wheelchair."

TRUE STORY My Sweet Boyfriend, Mitch Oellrich has been in Reno for the week with his Daughter, Tatyana Oellrich they were going into a liquor store and were greeted by the owner, this is his account of what happened: I am confined to a wheelchair. I tried to go into this store with my daughter yesterday and was turned away at the door by the owner. He would not let me in even after I explained that I was in the store the night before. He stated that I could not go in the store because in my wheelchair I might break something. He was mean and demoralizing, even stating that the 2 "fat people that just walked in were going to knock things over also". I have been in a wheelchair for 15 years and although I face obstacles because of the chair I have never felt so helpless. The chair has never defined me and yet yesterday this small minded man brought me to tears. Please do not encourage his beliefs nor allow him to make any profits by your money. We are on a mission to educate him and all small minded people who will hurt and degrade others. Please avoid the Silver Smoke Store in 141/143 Virginia St, Reno."
