Great studio apartments the staff go above and beyond to help out with daily questions and concerns and or any issues you need help with. Staff get right back to you if you need help with something best customer service I have had in a long time and located in the heart of downtown Reno seriously 1 min walk to work for me and on my free time 1 min walk to the river thanks for the great service guys keep it up"

"I would definitely recommend this place hands down. We really needed help and didn't think my family would be able to stay. The manager and ladies at the front desk helped us immediately and had us in a room in less than 20min. The manager, front desk workers, and Leeann(housekeeper) , and can't forget Rick the maintenance guy who all have been friendly and helpful. I love how the manager interacts with the kids.the people who live here are very helpful too. They showed me where jobs that are hiring. Overall 10 out of 10"

"I give 5 stars purely based on the staff. My family and I have lived here for a short while now but in that time the staff has been kind and courteous. It is refreshing to see employees that get to express their own qualities and you can see they are hard working individuals just like the rest of us. Some even live on premises so you know they have an interest in overall quality of life for the rest of the tenants."

"I guess I lucked out, the unit I got here at the Virginian was perfectly fine and clean, I've even attached photos of the unit I rented from as soon as I got the key. The tv works, the air works, they don't supply bedsheets, which is fine for me The refrigerator and the bathroom were clean as well The only drawback I have is everybody on the floor has to share one washer and dryer Other than that, the lady at the front desk mckayla was very pleasant and helpful in getting me in."
