"Avoid at all costs in the morning. The manager Johan calls customers name like bi t ch f u, and more. He didn't want to help with a mobile app order and said fu deal w it your own. Our system is down and we don't run that garbage. There is no way this guy is a manager imo but he said he was as he through up gang signs and told me off. Never refunding my order. Please fire this person that works in the morning on March 15. He does not deserve a job and i cant believe he really is an employee. The nicest service and pricing of McDonald's that I have seen at night time. The drive thru person was awesome on 2 occasions at night."

"I really enjoy their double cheeseburger with extra onions and no pickle and of course their fries. The best deal is using the app and buying 1 double cheeseburger and getting the second one free. Heats up in a microwave just fine. Service is pretty good at this location."

"Drive thru drains water off roof directly onto drive thru cars, people, and window area (I would call the manager an idiot) but I’m a Christian so I won’t. However, the manager there has a GLARING PROBLEM and doesn’t seem to care, the drive thru worker had to give me the food out in front of the store. He said that the drain problem was reported to the manager MANY times but that he ignores it. This situation inconveniences everyone from customers to workers. Where in HELL is the Regional Manager?"

"Before you leave this location, check your food. I ordered two Sausage Mc Muffins and they both had no cheese and I was not told they were out of cheese. Why pay these people $20+ an hour for garbage service. Mc Donald's in Reno and Sparks need to step it up. What a joke. Give your money to a business that wont keep the cheese like Burger King or Jack in a Box; at least their food looks like the stupid picture."

"Avoid this location at all costs. Order a sandwich with no (fill in the blank) and end up with extra of the thing you asked to not be on the sandwich. If you like a smashed quarter pounder. Go here. Your meat will be the thinness of a regular patty and not fit in your box. It will be dry and overcooked. Order a deluxe quarter with bacon, done get the toppings you asked and paid for. McNuggets will be old or overcooked. Ask for light over on a drink or no ice and get the opposite. I know I’m paying for convenience but at least take pride and care on what you do. They messed up my food so much on 3 weeks I had enough and stopped calling the store and called corporate instead. They send me 3 food cards and then I try to use the card which states “get one free sandwich of your choice” and order a double quarter because that was the messed up sandwich only to be told I can’t use it. Only can use out for the 3 sandwiches pictures on the front even though that isn’t what the card not the member at corporate said while I was on the phone with them in the drive through. The manager Maria M will not listen, will talk down to you and not want to fix the problem. Told her I was on the phone with corporate and she said she didn’t care and I should just talk to them. Guess which manager is going to be bright up in todays meeting at corporate with the lead manager over all the store managers. Also make sure you don’t have a linked payment on the app because you can get charged for your order before you make out to the pay window because you give them the 4 numbers for your rewards that the automatic voice asks you for at the beginning of your order. As a former manager at a corporate McDonald’s in Chicago for 5 years I make sure to read exclusions and understand any free vouchers. Even Diana at corporate here in Reno was like “I’m not going to set my customer up for failure when I send them a card that says any sandwich of your choice. There’s no exclusions on the card. Is in writing and if there was, it’d be on writing”."
