"Jake took us on the best kayaking tour of our lives (so far). We definitely got lucky, but we were out in the middle of several groups of humpbacks. Even got a head nod from a dolphin and two turtles. The equipment and service were aces. 11 out of 10 would book again."

"This was probably the BEST experience we had out of our two-week honeymoon in the islands of Hawaii. Our guide John was AWESOME and made us feel safe, entertained, and like a local. He truly went above and beyond to teach us about the idea, the marine life, and to make sure we were having fun. He recommended we did the 7:15AM tour to get the most of the experience, and we were SO glad we did!! The weather was perfect, and could see all the way to the summit of the 10,000ft mountain. The waters were calm and great temperature. We kayaked pretty far (3 miles) as us and the others we were with were enjoying the view, then we looped back to a nice spot to snorkel. On the way, we had an eagle ray jump out of the water 30 feet from our kayaks, and then had a huge turtle swim directly under us probably 7 ft below the surface. The snorkel spot allowed us to see about 7-12 MORE turtles, resting or getting cleaned by tangs. John pointed out all of his favorite fish and could tell us a fun fact about every one! John, THANK YOU. You truly made this trip amazing."

"I highly recommend doing this!! Our guide Jakeb was amazing! He was hilarious and extremely knowledgeable. He taught us everything from the history of Hawaii and how the islands were formed- all the way to where to go after for lunch! (Which by the way was an amazing recommendation). "Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a child) did the 3 hr kayak snorkel trip with Steve as our guide. This was our family’s very favorite activity while visiting Maui! Steve did an excellent job preparing us for the trip out and made everyone comfortable with what to expect. We saw a ton of turtles and Steve pointed out lots of different sea life on all of our snorkel stops. Steve also took lots of photos and video. We would highly recommend South Pacific Kayaks, especially if Steve is your guide!"
