"My first experience with the Ronald Mcdonald House Charities, ever. Reno was an incredible experience. My son had an Appt on Monday, and a snow storm was coming in Saturday/Sunday. They welcomed us with open arms, for 2 days, and were more than willing to work with us after his treatment, if the weather wasnt playing nice. Weather cleared and we made it home on Monday, but we were in awe of the whole experience. More than greatful for our brief stay, but incredible the whole time. The best home away from home during short or long term medical treatments. Staff was very nice, and willing to help with anything needed."

"They helped me a lot the time we were there, my son had surgery, and since we are not from Reno they supported us with a very clean room. All the volunteers treated us very well despite what we are going through, they treated us like at home."

"The staff was absolutely amazing and the rooms were amazing and clean and my 8 year old daughter and I felt absolutely safe and comfortable being there and the volunteers that come and do the meals and bring goodies for the family's were above and beyond with cooking and the yummy sweets. I'm so so grateful and thankful for the house being so close to the hospital because as a single mom and not being able to be at the hospital room with my infant at night because of having my other child idk what I would of done."

"It was such a relief to be here when we needed it most. We would not have been able to be at the hospital with our baby in the capacity we were able to if not for them. The amount of money it would have cost for just a room and food would have been more than I would have been able to cover. To have such a safe haven to come back to after a stressful and emotional day was more than I could have ever asked for. I have no words that can describe how thankful I am for this place and the staff that run it, so all I will say is thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.❤"
