"We are visiting Maui from Canada and my husband sadly lost his Oakley eyeglasses in a large wave. We were not able to pack a second pair of eyeglasses. We called the Maui, LensCrafters right from the beach and the team shared that if they had a a recent eye exam Rx they could help. We called home and had the eye Rx emailed to us. We drove 25 mins to the mall and within 2 hours my husband had new eyeglasses. The technician in the lab stayed late to help us out as it was 5 pm when we arrived which is when he was to leave. Can not be more thankful for this team on November 19th!!!! Without their patience, kindness, generosity, time and talents our vacation would have been a terrible visual challenge for my husband. Thanks just does not seem enough. I did return to the store today November 21 to share in person again our gratitude!!! God bless you all for being amazing!!!
