"The doctor was wonderful, prescribed appropriate meds, then left the CareMore group with no advance notice to patients. My partner was unable to get an appointment with his new doctor for more than a month out; after he's seen, he'll have been THREE months without his DIABETES medications. Contacting Anthem/ CareMore has done no good. Avoid CareMore if you have any condition which requires meds."

"I'm very disappointed in this place or should I say the doctor's. I use to see Dr. Dennis Jensen and he was a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, since he left I've had the worse experience in my life. I've been in the medical field for over 25 years and I understand how doctor's are. I have always followed the laws and all the rules the doctor's put on their patient's. I cant even get into see a doctor without them either giving a bad attitude or cancelling my appointment before I'm seen. I'm more upset over the fact that Dr. Beatriz Ang cancelled my appointment stating she is not taking doctor transfers which is not correct. I know she is taking those patient's except patient's who have issues that the patient isn't even seeing her for. I've been a patient of this practice since it was Physicians Medical Center in 1998. I will never go back and I will never recommend this doctor's office to anybody."
