"I love Dr Kohn he is amazing my whole family is seeing him. My complaint is about medical office. I had a silver summit insurance and for 2 weeks was trying to get a referral to Allergy doctor. No body ever called me back. Every time time I heard only promises "Someone will call me back". They gave me referral only when I went to the office personally and this referral is not useful anymore since I just changed my insurance. I wish someone would actually call me back as promised 2 weeks ago. Now I can't start my MS medication."

"This office might be the most inefficient office I have ever been to. Although the products they offer are great, the B12 shot, and the weight loss program with the phentermine is great, the wait time to get in on Saturdays is sometimes 30-45 minutes, and then the amount of time that is taken in the room with the medical assistant is too long as well. I’m not sure why they don’t have a more efficient process of checking where patients can let the front desk know if they’re having a B 12 shot or not so the shot can be ready by the time they are in the exam room. The medical assistant is coming into the room after the weigh in, asking the necessary questions and then going back to get the B12 shot, which can take another 5 to 10 minutes… for someone who is busy throughout the week with work, and then has a short amount of time in the morning on Saturday to do a quick weigh in, it’s a total inconvenience to come to this office. Not to mention the fact they have no system of notifying patients of new programs, closures of the office outside of normal office hours, etc… they’re also still working out of paper charts, which is an indication of how outdated this office is! The piles of patient charts are all over the floor and all over the countertops, which is another indication of how inefficient they are. I have no doubt that wait time to get in for a win is so long because they’re probably looking for patient charts! When checking in, patients write their names on a small piece of paper… Who does that? This is 2023… they need a new office manager and more efficient systems!!!"

"Amazing Doctor, he’s a real gem. Dr. Kohn goes over each and everything thing with you . He listens, he cares, he is so attentive and remembers what he’s treating you for. He is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. A kind gentle doctor that truly cares for his patients and their well-being. I can’t give this man enough praise. His staff is friendly, and helpful. I never mind if there’s a wait because I know he will spend time with me when I get in to see him."
