Training is definitely needed here! Employee actually had the nerve to say to me "Funny how other cards are processed but not yours"! I stepped over to the ATM and withdrew cash to give this employee. When I asked for a customer service telephone number I was told "Yeah you can look that up online and if you don't like it you can just go somewhere else"! Unbelievable that this type of service is condoned."
