"Since they have new owners it seems in disarray and the floors are dirty. The people who are at the register talk to themselves and barely give you a hello. Customer service needs to be improved and the store needs to be cleaned regularly"

"Woman over charges customers and gets very rude when caught. Dares you to tell the manager because she won’t be fired. This must not be the first time being caught. This place is running a scam so please ask for your receipt and check it before leaving."

"Went in for a French Vanilla Iced Coffee, they were out so I waited in line and asked one of the cashiers if she could refill it and the other cashier was counting the register and rudely said, “you can wait I’m counting the register” when I wasn’t even speaking to her and I said she didn’t have to be rude I’ll wait and she raised her voice and said that wasn’t rude... you know when people don’t say something rude but it’s the tone in how they speak to you. Someone needs to seriously have a talk with her, you can’t talk to people that way. Then she wouldn’t shut up and kept yelling at me as I was exiting the door. Review the cameras and have a talk with her, never coming back to that 711 again."

"The 7-11 Franchise is typically staffed with great people. This particular store...Not So Much!!! Wow, worst experience ever. We are very docile people, my son is always commended for his behavior and respect for elders, this place, well, for being in a great neighborhood has the most rude, ghetto "Managers" I've ever encountered. Good Luck entering and having to deal with the chick that came to work sick, lost voice and stank attitude... Honey stay home, take Theraflu or something..."
